What Kiwi Coaches can provide you when using their passenger management system:

Know where and when your child boards a bus live.

Provide a live report of what rides a school child took, including what bus, where and when they boarded. Alternatively, this can help for contact tracing if required.

Receive live alerts when unauthorized attempts to ride on a bus.

Allows passengers/parents/teachers to see the location of the school bus using their mobile phones so that they are able to determine if it is on time, where it is, or if they have missed the bus.

BUS PASSES are required by all passengers at a set cost.

TERM PASS – Fixed -PAID within the first week of each term. Valid only for term paid.

ONE WAY PASS – Select option Morning or Afternoon travel only.

I/We agree that all costs to recover debts or non-payment of fees will be added to the balance owing at your cost. I/We also agree that if our child or children misbehaves, Kiwi Coaches reserves the right to remove them from the bus and discuss the matter with the parent and school. I/We agree to pay for any damages proven to be at our children’s expense.

Refunds and cancellation are accepted and account holders should phone Kiwi Coaches office to arrange.

I/We agree that the quoted school fee is for the full year. There are 3 Options of Payment. Yearly Pass - 7.5% discount on the year fee.

Term Pass - PAID within the first week of Each of the 4 terms

Auto Payment - the equivalent of 42 weekly payments. If you pay fortnightly or monthly the payments may be made to suit your income cycle
